Concert Order Cutoff Dates

PLEASE NOTE: Standard shipping costs/methods on my website are untracked. Make sure you UPGRADE your shipping at checkout to Ground Advantage. Untracked (stamped) shipping has no estimated delivery time and can take over 2 weeks to be delivered in certain cases!
HOW TO READ THE CUTOFF DATES PAGES:
Step 1: Locate the date and location of the show you're attending on the artist page.
Step 2: Place your order by the date on the right-hand column using the mail class stated in the left-hand column.
Example:
If you place your order after the cutoff dates in the right hand column using the mail class in the left hand column, there is NO guarantee your order will arrive on time for the show!
(Orders are not eligible for shipping cost refunds if they do not arrive in time, unless you choose Priority Mail Express at checkout.)

My cutoff time per day is 11 AM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed next business day.
Shipping times are estimates. Your package could arrive earlier or later than quoted at checkout. Once orders are handed over to USPS, they are out of my control.

Orders are not eligible for shipping cost refunds if they do not arrive in time, unless you choose Priority Mail Express at checkout.
For customers outside of the US: it is highly recommended you choose Priority Mail Express or a UPS method (if available) at checkout to ensure delivery before concert dates. Orders should be placed no later than 2 weeks before your concert date using these methods. Using any other mail class will not guarantee your order will arrive in time for any concert date.

Decal Application Instructions
